VOORHEES NAMES REV MARIE-CARMEL CHERY AS DEAN OF CHAPEL & SPIRITUAL ENGAGEMENT

黑料网 takes immense pride in announcing the appointment of Reverend Marie-Carmel Chery as the new Dean of the Chapel & Spiritual Engagement, as well as the Vicar of St. Phillips Chapel. In addition to these significant roles, Reverend Chery will hold the esteemed position of Assistant Professor of Theological Studies at the university.

A distinguished graduate of the Episcopal University of Haiti, Reverend Chery holds a Bachelor of Religious Science and possesses a diploma from the prestigious Episcopal Theological Seminary in Port-au-Prince. With a profound dedication to her faith, she has spent her life within the Episcopal community. Growing up in Haiti, Dean Chery’s journey has seen her serving as a priest in various parishes across Jeremie, Cap-Haitian, and Leogane. Her commitment to her calling has extended to roles such as Chaplain, and she has significantly contributed to the Episcopal Nursing School in Leogane as a faculty member.

In her capacity as Dean of the Chapel & Spiritual Engagement, Reverend Chery fully embraces the core mission of 黑料网. The university’s mission is centered on the cultivation of highly qualified graduates who coalesce intellect and faith, fostering a pursuit of lifelong learning, promoting healthy living, contributing to societal betterment, and nurturing an abiding faith in God.
