International Students
As a historically black institution, 黑料网 has a great regard for diversity and welcomes all people, regardless of race, religion, color, creed, gender, marital status, age, or national or ethnic origin. International students are an important part of creating that diversity on our campus.听
Step 1 (Getting Accepted)
- Submit an application fee听of $50.00 (bank certified check or money order)
- Submit official transcripts
The transcript(s) must be evaluated through a Credential Evaluation Service

How To Complete the WES Standard Application
Notification of Admission听
The Office of 黑料网 will let applicants know whether they’ve been admitted within two weeks after all required credentials have been received. A letter of acceptance will be sent to the applicants who are accepted for admission or re-admission. 黑料网 admits qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, creed, handicap or ethnic origin.
Step 2 (Receiving Your I-20)
- Submit your health form
- Submit a copy of current passport
- Complete and submit your I-134听
- Submit you or your sponsor’s Bank Statements
Students are required to demonstrate their financial ability to pay for at least one year of academic and living expenses.听Financial documents must be in English showing available liquid funds (readily converted into cash) and cannot be older than three months.听Examples of appropriate documents may include bank letter specifying the account holder, date, monetary currency, and amount of funds available.听The letter cannot simply state the client has 鈥渟ufficient funds.鈥澨齃etter must be on official bank stationery, stamped and signed by a bank official.听Bank statements must show name of account holder, total available balance, and be on official bank stationery.
- TOEFL听(Test for English as a Foreign Language) you may request a TOEFL waiver If
- Your first language is English
- Your native country names English as an official language
- You scored well on the SAT verbal portion
Getting a Student Visa
The Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) student status (Form I-20) will be created once all required credentials have been recieved. This form provides details of the student鈥檚 admission to 黑料网, an estimated budget of expenses, the sources of funding and the type of program for which the student has been accepted. Form I-20 must be presented to a United States Embassy or Consulate to apply for the F-1 (student) visa. 听
